Pressing the SOS key twice you will be called from our central. We guarantee you will be called within one minute after the request for help is generated, in your own language (Spanish, English, Dutch, French, German, Norwegian, Italian and Portuguese)
If you do not answer the call we will notify your contacts and the emergency services.
We will admit you to your preferred hospital.
While you are on your way to the hospital, Chequi will send the hospital and your details and details of your medical insurance.
In case of deposit, an SMS will automatically be sent to your contacts.
If you have stipulated this, we will also notify your family doctor.
If you have pets, we will notify your contacts for your care while you are hospitalized.

Daily checks (Chequis)
On your phone you can configure as many Chequis that you want, but the normal would be 2 or 3 a day. If you get up at 08:00 in the morning and go to bed at 23:00, you can, for example, schedule a Chequi at 9:00 in the morning and at 22:00 at night before going to bed.

Our system will send you a message at the time of your Chequi and your phone will ring for half an hour.

In the event that you do not validate this message, our central office will try to contact you and will notify your contacts of this fact.

If nobody can contact you, we will send you an ambulance and emergency services.
