How does Chequi work?

SOS-button

  • ·       Press the SOS key twice, you will be called from our central. We guarantee this call within 1 minute after the request for help is generated, in your own language (Spanish, English, Dutch, French, German, Norwegian, Italian or Portuguese)

  • ·       When you do not answer the call, we will notify your contacts and emergency services.

  • ·       We admit you to your preferred hospital.

  • ·       While you are on your way to the hospital, Chequi will send to the hospital all your details and your medical insurance.

  • ·       In case of admission, an SMS will be sent to your contacts.

  • ·       If you have stipulated it, we will also notify your family doctor.

  • ·       In case you have pets, we will notify your contacts to take care of them while you are hospitalized.

  • ·       All calls with our services are recorded.

  • ·       All steps, hours and times are recorded automatically.

  • ·       Your personal data is encrypted system in our central, only accessible by Chequi

  • ·       Service 24 hours / 365 days a year

Daily Checks: "Chequis"

In your phone you can configure as many Checks as you wish, but the normal will be 2 or 3 a day. If you get up at 08:00 in the morning and go to bed at 11:00 p.m., you can, for example, schedule a check-up at 9:00 in the morning and at 10:00 p.m. at night before going to bed.

Our system will send you a message at the time of your Chequi and your phone will ring for half an hour.

In case you do not validate this message, our head office will try to contact you and inform your contacts of this fact.

If nobody manages to contact you, we will send an ambulance and emergency services.

At the time of contracting the Chequi-service we also ask who has a key to your home to access it.

 

In both cases, even if you are unconscious and cannot express yourself, you will be taken to the hospital of your choice. and before you get there, this same hospital already has the documentation and data of your medical insurance to save time.

 

According to your instructions, we inform by SMS of your admission to the people you have marked in your preferences.

 

If you have pets, we also advise the people indicated by you to take care of them.

In summary:

·       You can enter as many Chequis as you want.

·       If you do not validate the notice of the check scheduled by you, you will be called from our central office. (your phone will ring for half an hour)

·       After you do not answer in half an hour, our head office will try to contact you through the other telephones and later with your contacts.

·       When they cannot contact you either, we will notify the emergency services.

·       We admitted you to your preferred hospital.

·       While you are on your way to the hospital, Chequi will send you to the hospital and your information and details of your medical insurance.

·       In case of entry, an SMS will be automatically sent to your contacts.

·       If you have stipulated it, we will also notify your family doctor.

·       In case you have pets, we will notify your contacts for your care while you are hospitalized.

·       All calls with our services are recorded.

·       All steps, hours and times are recorded automatically.

·       Your personal data is encrypted system in our central, only accessible by Chequi

SOS-TRACKER Device

Actually it is the same as the app but made even easier to handle.


The device has a large SOS button that must be pressed in case of emergency. Once this button is pressed, the device itself will be immediately contacted by telephone with our Chequi Central.

At this moment in our Central we can hear everything that happens around you and of course, if you can still talk, you can explain what is happening and what kind of help you request.

In case you cannot express yourself, our centre immediately starts its help. As we already your location we send this information to the emergency services, wherever you are. We do not lose any second!

 

But there is more: the device also has a fall sensor.

In case you accidentally fell, the same device can detect it and by itself and start generating an alarm. You do not even have to press the SOS button yourself, this goes all automatically and we repeat the same procedure as when you had pressed the SOS button:

  • ·       The device itself will be contacted immediately by telephone with our central Chequi.

  • ·       At this moment in our Central we can hear everything that happens around you and of course, if you can still talk, you can explain what is happening and what kind of help you request.

  • ·       In case you cannot express yourself, our centre immediately starts its help.

  • ·       As we already know your location we send this information to the emergency services, wherever you are.

  • ·       We do not lose any second!
